Editor for creating/modifying graphical mouse cursors.

Programmers: If you've ever had to create custom mouse cursors for a
graphics application, you know how hard it can be. MCD, the Mouse Cursor
Designer, is a graphics editor that allows you to easily create new mouse
cursors for your graphics applications.
The mouse cursors designed by MCD can also be used in EGA/VGA text
applications created using the TCXL library, version 6. (TCXL is copyright
(C) 1987-1992 by Innovative Data Concepts). MCD mouse cursors are stored
in a form that is directly compatible with TCXL.
MCD can produce mouse cursors that are see-through, overlayed or even
animated.
MCD can generate source code for a mouse cursor in C, Pascal, Basic or
assembly language.
Registration Information:

For your registration fee, you will receive the latest registered version
of MCD, all accompanying files, and a printed user's manual. The
registered versions of the program does not contain any registration
reminders.
